Opera Gx Browser

Hello, I received a notice in the Opera Desktop browser (which I love) telling me about Opera GX and asking if I wanted to download it. I thought why not, I would check out later before installing. When I clicked 'Download Opera GX', a 'save as' window opened and instead of clicking 'save', I decided to cancel until I figured out if I wanted it. Now, every time I open the Opera Desktop browser, a Save As window automatically opens with 'OperaGXsetup.exe' asking me to click to 'save' the file. Even thought I cancel (and once I even downloaded the .exe) it keeps happening. Does anyone know how to stop it from trying to download. In Opera I cleared cookies, cache and hosted app data with no luck. Thanks Much!
