Sky Bundles – how does it work?
Sky Entertainment – where it all beginsThe Sky Entertainment package is the base TV package from Sky. This is now also known as Sky Signature and is the standard entry level Sky TV option. The important thing to remember is that this is the pack is mandatory – all other packs are only available as add-on’s to Sky Entertainment. From there, you have the flexibility to add, drop or swap the Ultimate On Demand pack (£6pm), Kids pack (£5pm) and HD & Ultra HD packs (£6-£10pm) on a rolling 31-day contract. About Sky Entertainment
Sky Entertainment (Sky Signature) is the new entry level Sky TV package from Sky in the UK. Selected by default, you then build your bundle by adding various packs and additional services to your Sky basket. One of the best features of Sky Entertainment is that it allows you to add the new Ultimate On Demand pack (Netflix) for £6 per month, Kids or the HD packs for just £5.00 each per month. All three of these packs are available on a flexible 31-day rolling contract. Similarly, Sky Sports is also available on a 1 month contract, but you do save when you subscribe to the 18 month option. Viewers don’t need to subscribe to Sky broadband or line rental to watch Sky TV. However, your Sky Q box does need to be connected to a phone line in-order to access on-demand services. Standard pricing is currently £25.00 per month, making this bundle ideal for those on a budget, yet still want to benefit from some of Sky’s key channels and services.
